This is a 3-week class that will begin February 4, 2013.
In March 2013, this class will be available in an Instant Watch format.

You will have exclusive access to all of the videos and class-specific materials including:

• 3 sections of creative instruction with video tutorials that focus on:
  • Addressing the past and turning the page
  • Creating a new exercise plan
  • Creating a new nutrition/nourishment plan
• Access to a Facebook community group to complement the class curriculum

What you will need for class:

NOTE: Any blank book or journal will work just fine. However, if you would like to make the kind of art journal that I use in class, you will want to have these items on hand. Remember that these items are optional and NOT a requirement for class:

In terms of exercise equipment, I'll be showing specific equipment that I use to stay in shape. None of the equipment that I use is required for this class, primarily because what I do for exercise won't necessarily be what you do for exercise, and also because you can usually find alternatives to what I use to get the same effect. However, for those of you who want to know the specific fitness equipment I use at home, they are listed below for your reference:

• Jump rope
• Ab wheel
• Push up bars
• 8-lb. medicine ball
• Resistance tube

Also, if you have a smart phone, I'd like to recommend that you download the Roundtimer APP.
