I love wearing my wrist watch. I don't feel completely dressed until it is on my wrist. I don't set it ahead to give me a false sense of "extra" time. I set it for the exact, truthful time. And with that truth, I try to commit myself to what I know I can handle well and decline that which I know I cannot handle well. Incredibly, by being punctual, other things elegantly fall into place ... like finances, work projects, fitness, etc. When my time isn't well organized, I notice everything becoming sloppy ... like finances, work projects, fitness, relationships.
If I'm early, I'm on time.
If I'm on time, I'm late.
If I'm late, I'm fucked.
I referenced my wristwatch and a tiny demitasse cup for this work.
